There are many different foil product material that could heat-seal
- Aluminum foil + PE
PE is polyethylene. Polyethylene Film (PE Film) is a thin plastic sheeting most often provided in rolls that exhibit excellent tape adhesion and lightweight durability. Meet moisture-proof, dust-proof, contact-proof, transparent display, clean, and hygienic food functions.
So, if your chocolate requires high sealing, you could select aluminum foil + PE material to wrap it.
- Aluminum foil + heat sealant
Printing on aluminum foil one side,the other side coating heat sealant. This material maintains the characteristics of the province of aluminum foil.
- Aluminum foil + paper + PE
Some people like the foil backing paper,but want the material could wrapping used on machine and sealed when wrapping. This is a good choice.
Foil paper with PE wrapper is trendy for wrapping butter.
- Paper +PE
Paper with PE film can print the good design you like. Paper printing is easier than aluminum foil printing, and the design can be more complex. However, aluminum foil printing can only make six colors for almost every factory.
Thus, chocolate package materials vary, but they are almost always aluminum foil,paper, plastic film, or material after compounding.
