The most welcomed is foil backing paper material. The aluminum foil and paper we used are food grade. Aluminum foil is 6.5 microns, and paper is about 25gsm; it also could be customized to your needs, like 28gsm,30gsm, etc.
Foil without paper backing, like pop-up foil sheets, also comes in different thicknesses, such as 10 microns, 12 microns,15 microns, and so on.

Custom Printing
We can print your logo or pattern on the hamburger wrapper; the printing machine uses gravure, which will let the foil wrapper design bright and robust colors. Custom Size
Our printing machine can print a maximum width of 50cm, so we can print hamburger foil wrapping paper with a maximum width of 50cm; the other side of the size is unlimited according to your needs. If your hamburger wrappers do not need to be printed, we can make them up to 90cm wide, usually made into large rolls that the customer can cut into sheets locally.

Custom order the big rolls like 500mm, it will be about 20-40 KGS for each roll. We will use the 5-layer carton to package each roll, and then label marks. They put the cartons on fumigation-free pallets customized in carton size.
For pre-cut burger foil sheets,the standard package is 500pcs/opp bag or 500pcs/carton. Then 4 bags/cartons in one out cartons. Finally, use the fumigation-free pallets package. The quantity in each opp bag or carton also be customized to your requirements.
