-Custom chocolate Foil Sheets: The minimum order quantity for chocolate foil sheets depends on the size and material of the wrapper. For example, if you require 8cm x 8cm candy foil with a logo, the minimum order quantity is 500,000 pieces. If the size is 50cm x 70cm, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 sheets. Available Emboss Cylinders
A custom emboss cylinder fee is higher than printing cylinders, usually 1100 USD. If you like the embossing effect but don’t have the budget, you can choose our existing embossing cylinders. To meet customers’ needs for personalized chocolate foil wrap, we provide more than ten kinds of existing embossed cylinders for you to choose from. You need to tell us the material, size, and quantity of the wrapping paper you need, and then select the embossed pattern you like; we can also customize the embossed chocolate foil wrapper for you.

The foil wrapper print cylinder fee is 90 USD for each color. First, determine the number of colors in your design. For instance, if the design uses two colors, the printing design cylinder fee is 180USD (90 USD x 2). A set printing cylinder can be used for multiple colors, and the print cylinder fee is only paid once. This fee can be utilized for future orders as well.
The cost for an embossing cylinder for a chocolate foil wrapper is approximately 1200 USD. The actual cost may vary depending on the specific embossed pattern. This fee is a one-time payment for the print cylinder and can also be used for future orders. Chocolate Foil backing paper material means aluminum foil and paper composite material. There are two structures.
1.Aluminum foil + glue + paper
Aluminum foil thickness could be 6.5 microns, 9 microns, and 12 microns.
The paper thickness standards are 28gsm, 32gsm,35gsm, and 40gsm. Of course, depending on different requests, the paper thickness could be thicker.
The chocolate foil backing paper most used is aluminum foil(6.5 microns) + glue paper (32gsm). The production process is not complex, so the minimum order quantity is not high, about 10K-100K.
2.Aluminum foil + wax + paper
Chocolate foil backing paper with wax is famous in Europe for better oil resistance. Aluminum foil thickness could make 9 microns and 12 microns. Paper thickness standards have 28gsm, 32gsm,35gsm and 40gsm.
Foil paper with wax production process is more complicated, so the minimum order quantity is not high, about 40K-400K.
