Meryo has some foil wrappers in stock. If you need a small quantity, you could place the order directly. There have size 7cm x 7cm, 8cm x 8cm, 9cm x 9cm, 10cm x 10cm, 12cm x 12cm, 15cm x 15cm, 20cm x 20cm. And the MOQ is 500pcs/1000pcs.

Stock Material Confectionery Foil MOQ

Meryo has some stock colored confectionery foil wrappers in big rolls. The thickness stocked color chocolate foil are 12 micron. We could cut them into small sheets as per your request. However the MOQ will be higher than wholesale chocolate foil. Different sizes have different MOQs.

Meryo will use the stock color candy foil material cut in the size from 5mm to 500mm. There will show some examples to show candy foil wrap sheets MOQ.

Cut the chocolate foil into a roll need to work on the slitting machine. So the MOQ will be higher than confectionery foil sheets. And the minimum order quantity will be 50KGS.

Custom Chocolate Foil Wrap MOQ

The thickness, size, printing design, and emboss of the chocolate foil wrapper are important factors affecting MOQ.

Chocolate foil wrapper’s standard thickness is 12 microns, 14 microns, 22 microns, or 38 microns. 12 microns and 14 microns are frequently used for chocolate wrapping, there will be stock material. If you want to other thickness candy foil wrap, the MOQ will be higher than them.

Aluminum foil raw materials are silver in color,  printing a single color on foil does not require a printing cylinder. So the MOQ will be lower than printing logo/design foil.

Printing logos or printing designs on aluminum foil will be needed to make the printing cylinders. Printing cylinder fees depend on the printing design. The workers need to print one color one by one on the printing cylinder. This process increases the cost, so the minimum order quantity is higher than printing single color foil wrap.

Chocolate Foil Sheets Emboss Available Pattern MOQ

Custom chocolate foil wrap with emboss uses Meryo’s available emboss cylinder, there is no need to pay for the emboss cylinder. So that to save the cost for you. But emboss cylinder for aluminum foil can’t work thickness of 38 microns.

The MOQ of these aluminum foil wraps is lower than customized embossed chocolate foil. It has the same minimum order quantity as the above Pre-cut Chocolate Foil Sheets Printing Design MOQ. But please note the lead time will be longer than print foil wrap.

Personalized embossed design candy foil sheets are needed to make the emboss cylinder as your design. But please note emboss cylinder fee is not cheap. Below are some examples MOQ for different thicknesses.

Single printing MOQ lower than custom printing design foil wrap. Aluminum foil wrap with single color print MOQ is 100KGS, but foil wrap printed design MOQ will be 200KGS.

Emboss Confectionery Foil Rolls MOQ

Emboss confectionery foil needs more labor costs and complex processes, so the MOQ will be 100 KGS using the available embossing cylinder and 300 KGS using a customized emboss pattern.
