Custom Foil Product Sample
Meryo offers customized samples of aluminum foil products. These samples can be tailored to your specific requirements, such as printed patterns for chocolate foils, embossed chocolate foils, or foil rolls for testing on your packaging machines. The samples are designed to help you thoroughly assess the quality of our products, providing peace of mind for future orders. Please note that there will be a proofing fee and some necessary printing cylinder and embossing cylinder fees for customized samples. However, these fees can be credited toward your subsequent orders.
Custom Printed Foil Sample
If you have a design file, we will make a printing layout adjustment based on your design and send it to you for confirmation. We could make a simple design for you if you have not design file. After your approval, we will arrange to make printing cylinders, which usually take 7-10 days.
The finished printing cylinders will be mounted on the printing machine, and the color will be adjusted according to the color number or sample color provided by you. The workers will make repeated comparisons and adjustments with the colors you have requested in this process.
The printed aluminum foil packages will be cut into sheets or rolls according to your requirements. Sheet samples will be provided in quantities of 20-50 pieces, while foil roll sample can be provided in 2-3 kilograms. The packaged samples will be sent to you by courier for confirmation.
Custom Emboss Making Sample
Meryo will make adjustments to the layout based on the needs and then send it to you for confirmation. Once the design is confirmed, we will begin creating the emboss cylinder. Due to the complexity of the process, it typically takes 20-30 days to create the emboss cylinder
The embossing cylinder will be mounted on the embossing machine for debugging and testing. After all work well, the workers load the aluminum foil packing material onto the Embossing machine to create a sample of embossed aluminum foil wrap.
The embossed aluminum foil wrap sample will be cut into sheets or rolls according to your specific requirements. The quantity of the sample can be customized according to your needs. Once cut, the sample will be packaged and sent to you for your confirmation
Custom Foil Roll Sample
Meryo can provide custom foil rolls for testing with your packaging machine. Please provide the precise inner diameter and maximum outer diameter of the foil roll that can be compatible with your machine. If needed, we can slit the rolls into samples, typically 2-3kg per roll. The cost of customized roll samples will be confirmed upon request.
If you don’t require custom printed or embossed aluminum foil, but simply want to test our material on your packaging machine, we can provide a sample roll depending on your diameter size request at a cost of only US$50, then send it to you by courier.
The Cost of Cutom Foil Sample
The cost of custom printing samples includes the up-printing fee and printing cylinder fee, the up-printing fee is usually 90USD, and the printing cylinder fee is 80USD per color, for example, if there are two colors in your printing design, then the printing cylinder fee will be 160USD (80×2). These costs all be used for your payment under specific conditions.
The cost of custom embossed aluminum foil paper samples includes the printing fee and the embossing cylinder fee, the printing fee is usually 90USD, and the embossing cylinder fee is in the range of 1,200USD-14,000USD. The specific cost needs to be determined according to the design.
