Chocolate Rigid Box Production Process
Meryo uses the Heidelberg printing machines to print the box design. Design color accepts CMYK code. Printing the designs on surface paper, and making the finishing effect as required.
Make a die-cut mold according to the template for the printed paper and use it to cut the surface paper into the desired shape. The cutting machine is accurate and fast.
1.5-2mm cardboard is the rigid box’s main material. Cutting refers to cutting the cardboard into the required shape and size while scoring involves creating creases or fold lines to facilitate easy assembly.
Printed paper needs to be coated with glue on the backside, which prepares for later processes for assembling the box.Uniform glue application is an important process.
Once the cardboard is cut, and scored, they are folded along the crease lines to form the basic structure of the box. The folded parts are then glued together using adhesive or tape to hold the box in place.
The printed paper has been glued in prior process. Use it paste on the cardboard box(have assembled) , so that the size of the paper fits perfectly with the contours of the cardboard box.
