How To Wrap Chocolate Bars
Select the correct size foil wrapper, turn the foil upside down, and place the chocolate bar in the middle of the foil wrapper.
Fold both sides of the foil towards the center to fit over the chocolate bar，then use your fingers to hold it in place on the four corners.
Fingers follow the foil at the two corners of the chocolate bar, and the other two fingers fold up the excess foil on the opposite side.
Hold down the folded side of the foil with your fingers and fold up the excess foil on the opposite side with the other two fingers.

Candy foil without paper: Thicknesses of 12 microns,14 microns, and 22 microns are widely popular among customers. They are easy to fold and not easily dislodged at the seal when wrapping chocolate bars by hand.
Candy foil with paper: The material is aluminum foil laminated with paper, so it is thick, which makes it challenging to produce wrinkles when folded and not easy to break. The chocolate bar wrapped in foil paper will look flatter and more beautiful if the chocolate bars contain nuts.

Chocolate foil without paper: For our stock foil wrapper colors, the MOQ will be 30,000pcs custom chocolate bar foil wrapper in sheets. As for custom print/emboss foil wrapper, the MOQ will be 150,000pcs.

Chocolate foil with paper: For gold and silver color foil paper,the MOQ will be 30,000pcs custom chocolate bar wrappers in pre cut sheets. As to custom print/emboss foil paper,the MOQ will be 90,000pcs.

How to Know Correct Foil Wrapper Size?
The foil wrapper’s size depends on the chocolate bar’s size. By measuring the size of the chocolate bar, you can determine what size foil will fit it.
For example, a chocolate bar is 12cm long, 7 cm wide, and 0.8 cm high.
The foil wrapper minimum length will be 2 x 7 cm + 2 x 0.8cm=15.6cm
Minimum width will be 12cm + 2 x 0.8cm =13.6cm
So the foil wrapper size should be bigger than 15.6cm x 13.6cm.
Another easy way is if you have a chocolate bar on hand. You can try wrapping your chocolate bar using a piece of paper. Subtract the excess paper, and you’ll end up with the right foil wrapper size for your chocolate bar!
