Chocolate Foil backing paper material is means aluminum foil and paper composite material. There have two structures.
- Aluminum foil + glue + paper
Aluminum foil thickness could make in 6.5 microns, 9 microns and 12 microns.
Paper thickness standards have 28gsm, 32gsm,35gsm and 40gsm. Of course, the paper thickness could use thicker instead depends on different requests.
Chocolate foil backing paper most used is aluminum foil(6.5 micron) + glue +paper(32gsm). The production process is not complex. So the minimum order quantity is not high, about 10K-100K.
- Alumium foil + wax + paper
Chocolate foil backing paper with wax is famous in Europe for better oil resistance. Aluminum foil thickness could make 9 microns and 12 microns. Paper thickness standards have 28gsm, 32gsm,35gsm and 40gsm.
Foil paper with wax production process is more complicated, so the minimum order quantity is not high, about 40K-400K
