Main Production Processes For Foil Products
Laminating
The laminating process combines aluminum foil with paper, retaining the metallic texture and excellent barrier properties of aluminum foil while enhancing the strength and toughness of paper. We use water-based glue in the lamination process, which is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, easy to clean, and has excellent bonding properties. After proper processing, our laminated aluminum foil paper is also recyclable.
Printing
We have 8 printing presses, including 2 six-color presses capable of printing intricate designs. You can provide us with the design files, and we will make the necessary layout adjustments. We will then send the adjusted designs to you for confirmation, ensuring they meet the requirements for gravure printing. Following your approval, we will print the aluminum foil wrappers to your satisfaction. Additionally, our gravure printing process enhances the high quality and durability of the aluminum foil wrappers.
Embossing
The embossing machine produces embossed logos according to your design. You must submit your logo file, and we will create a layout for your approval. After you confirm the design, we will produce the embossed cylinder. This cylinder will be used to emboss your logo onto the foil wrap. The embossed logo foil wrap will have a more textured, luxurious, and unique appearance.
Sliting
The slitting machine can cut the foil wrap into rolls or sheets per your requirements. It can accommodate roll widths of up to 50cm, making it suitable for your wrapping machine. Additionally, if you need to cut foil into sheets of any size for your chocolates, the slitting machine can also do that. But first, you should know the correct foil wrapper size for chocolate.
